This is a canvas I did for my great-niece Lili. I just had a call from her mother, my niece, and the canvas got there safely and they love it. Bridget is going to hang it on the wall tomorrow!

I am really pleased with how it turned out.

Well, it's just gone 4p.m. and we are still having the most wonderful thunder storm complete with lightning and hail and of course rain!!!! wish my camera was waterproof so i could get out in it!!!!

side tracked

Well we are renovating our home. Have just finished our son's room....... hasn't lived here for a few years, but I guess will always "be his room'. It looks fantastic. Anyway, we are up to do doing the playroom/junkroom and my craft room.
What am i doing here......... well i got side tracked!!!! had to get all my scrapping stuff out of the playroom to sort through it...... I found all these wonderful altered books that I used to do before I started scrapping. I am amazed at what I have done.
I have organized a slide show of one of the books..... will do more later.

These photos were taken at the LSS on Friday. They are of Sally and a friend's baby Malachi. He is such a sweetie and Sally and I enjoyed our time with him and his mum!!

Last week we had lunch with my friend. She got her motor bike licence a few months ago. A couple of weeks ago she surprised us and bought a scooter! She is one fantastic "gutsy" woman!

That is something I wished that I had done.

Doesn't she look happy~~!!
